The Windbell M&C Gas Station Wireless Fuel Level Measuring System mainly includes of SP300 series magnetostrictive probe and SS200B console. Help petrol station managers to know the fuel level, water level, temperature and fuel density in the underground fuel storage tank of the petrol station anytime, anywhere.
WB-SS200B smart tank gauge console integrates fuel management and environmental monitoring, and supports the access of magnetostrictive density probe and a variety of sensors. With the console, can monitor fuel level, water level, temperature, inventory, alarm, leakage and other information of fuel storage tanks at petrol station, and can generate various historical reports automatically.
The SP300 series magnetostrictive probe is mainly composed of probe head, temperature sensors, protection steel pipe, magnetostrictive waveguide wire and floaters with magnet inside. Insert probe into underground tank, floaters float on the liquid surface, and slides up and down on rod according to the changes of liquid level. Processing measured data of product level, water level, density values (option), and average temperature of five-points, then transmit these data to smart console by digital communication port.
